Job summary

AnthroMed Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, onsite role offers a two-day-per-week schedule while providing district-wide behavioral support for students across K–12.

You'll collaborate with educators, clinicians and families to implement evidence-based behavior strategies, conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and monitor progress district-wide. Illinois credentials are required for school-based practice.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.

• Experience with FBAs and BIPs preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide district-wide behavioral consultation across K–12 schools.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.

• Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions.
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed.

You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.

What You'll Do

Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families

Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions

Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings

District-wide K–12 caseload

Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools

Qualifications

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable

Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred

Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
