Hourly Rate: $50–60/hour

You'll collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes through evidence-based behavior strategies and consultation.
Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across K–12 schools
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Support implementation of positive behavior supports and data-driven interventions
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
District-wide K–12 caseload
Collaborative role providing consultation and behavioral expertise across multiple schools
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Illinois credentials required for school-based practice, as applicable
Experience conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, and collaborating with school teams preferred
Strong communication, consultation, and organizational skills
Part-time flexibility with a consistent school-year schedule
