Job summary

Boston Public Schools Central Office - Behavioral Health Services in Boston, MA seeks BSBBHC Partnerships and Program Manager to oversee grants management, partnerships, workforce development, and program evaluation to advance BSBBHC and Behavioral Health services.

Reporting to Senior Director, the role builds partnerships with mental health agencies, universities, and community partners, coordinates data collection, PD, and ensures compliance with grants while supporting district mission.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, mental health, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 3-5 years of significant experience coordinating among people, organizations, and partners.
• 3-5 years experience in urban school system working with a diverse ethnic student body.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement procedures to improve operations.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate priorities effectively and technical grant writing.

Responsibilities

• Direct a 300+ person annual school mental health conference in collaboration with the department’s university partners.
• Manage external partnerships, attend meetings with the Senior Director as needed.
• Identify grant opportunities to advance the Collaborative's strategic goals, including new funding sources and partnerships.
• Establish and expand processes to sustain the development of the Collaborative.
• Present at regional and national conferences to disseminate grant outcomes.
