Job summary

Segue Institute for Learning in Central Falls, RI is seeking a School Based Mental Health Services Grant Program Coordinator to lead SBMH grant development and district implementation in collaboration with RIDE and local partners to expand qualified school-based mental health providers.

The role focuses on program management, data collection, and cross-agency collaboration to advance MTSS, SEL outcomes, and supports for students, families, and communities within a grant-funded framework.

Qualifications

• Requires licensure or certification in social work, mental health counseling, or school psychology.
• Experience in school settings and MTSS data-driven practice.
• Ability to coordinate across districts and partners with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBMH Services Grant development and district implementation.
• Coordinate with Rhode Island Department of Education (RIDE) and partners to track grant progress.
• Develop annual strategic plans, year-end and quarterly progress reports.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple sites within grant scope.
• Support in MTSS and SEL program development and implementation.
• Provide technical assistance and professional development to staff.
