• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred.
• Experience with children or adolescents, especially with behavioral challenges, is desirable.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Background checks will be conducted as part of hiring process.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Monitor and document student progress and responses to interventions.
• Provide direct support in one-on-one and small-group settings to promote social skills and emotional regulation.
• Assist in developing and adjusting behavior strategies based on student needs and progress.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
• Conduct regular assessments of student behavior and academic performance.
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding progress and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
