Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work or related field preferred.
• Experience with children/adolescents with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA principles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with school policies.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Monitor and document student progress and responses to interventions.
• Provide direct one-on-one and group support to promote social skills.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment.
