Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in education or related field with required experience.
• Experience working with students with severe emotional and behavioral problems is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing treatment plans and behavioral rules and consequences.
• Monitor and collaborate with teachers, therapists and staff on student progress.
• Supervise classroom activities and support group sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during escalations.
• Promote positive behaviors and social interactions within the school community.
