Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with classroom staff to structure the classroom to meet educational goals.
• Oversee and implement behavior plans within classroom environments; support education day and classroom interventions.
• Conduct Discrete Trial Training sessions when needed and train staff on procedures.
• Analyze data and prepare reports for quarterly Treatment Plan meetings.
• Train staff on behavior program implementation and perform fidelity checks.
