Qualifications

• Ability to meet deadlines and participate in team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and leaders to support students with intensive behavioral needs.
• Provide consistent monitoring and support across the school site.
• Create and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans and skill programs.
• Record, track, and document incidents; complete quarterly progress reports.
• Utilize PBIS strategies and school incentives; de-escalation and crisis management when needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and work with interdisciplinary teams.
• Issue debriefings with staff after challenging incidents; communicate with parents.
• Attend IEP meetings and supervise behavior technicians; support staff development.
