Job summary

Bethany for Children & Families is seeking a dedicated leader to manage the School-Based Therapy program. You will supervise licensed therapists and oversee day-to-day operations, working closely with the Clinical Director to ensure clinical supervision and compliance.

The role focuses on staff development, program effectiveness, and collaboration with schools. A strong background in mental health services and EMR proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; human services preferred.
• At least three (3) years of management/supervisory experience.
• At least two (2) years in mental health, behavioral health, or related services.
• Experience with EMR systems and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed therapists in the School-Based Therapy program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the School-Based Therapy program.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for clinical supervision and oversight.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with policies.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff; provide supervision and development opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with funding and referral sources and school personnel.
