Job summary

Bethany for Children & Families invites applications for a School-Based Therapy Manager. You will lead a team of licensed therapists in a school-based program, supervise clinical workflows, and partner with the Clinical Director to ensure evidence-based practice and compliance across processes.

The role emphasizes supervision, program optimization, collaboration with school partners, and maintaining timely documentation, while advancing ethical, high-quality mental health services for children

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in human services preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years in mental health or human services.
• Experience with EMR systems required; strong computer skills.
• Remote/community-based work experience preferred; multi-location coordination.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and CMHC accreditation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the School-Based Therapy program.
• Supervise licensed therapists and provide clinical supervision with Director support.
• Ensure timely processing of referrals and compliance with policies.
• Monitor productivity, service utilization, and program changes as needed.
• Maintain documentation: evaluations, treatment plans, crisis plans, notes, discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on evidence-based interventions.
