Job summary

Bethany for Children & Families is seeking a dedicated School-Based Therapy Manager to lead our School-Based Therapy program and supervise licensed clinicians. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring alignment with clinical leadership.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and EMR proficiency. Travel and collaboration with school personnel are involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in human services preferred.
• At least 3 years management/supervisory experience.
• Experience with mental health/human services organizations.
• Experience with EMR systems and strong computer skills.
• Remote or community-based work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise licensed therapists in the School-Based Therapy program.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely referrals and documentation.
• Monitor productivity, service needs, and utilization by school.
• Ensure informed consent documents are completed per policy.
• Maintain compliance with credentialing, contracting, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff; provide supervision.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for supervision of provisionally licensed staff.
• Develop/update policies and program manuals.
• Maintain relationships with funding and referral sources and school staff.
