Bethany for Children & Families in the Quad Cities, IA is seeking a School-Based Therapy Manager to lead licensed therapists within the school-based program. You will oversee day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain high-quality mental health services for children and families.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of management experience, EMR proficiency, and familiarity with Medicaid and CMHC standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required; human services degree preferred.
• At least three years of management/supervisory experience.
• At least two years of experience in mental health or related human services.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and strong computer skills.
• Remote or community-based work experience and multi-location collaboration preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations, CMHC accreditation standards, and state therapy regulations preferred.
• Experience collaborating with external stakeholders to benefit internal programming.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure therapists process referrals promptly upon receipt.
• Monitor therapists’ compliance with annual productivity standards and usage by school.
• Ensure informed consent documents and releases are completed timely and per policies.
• Monitor BHIS evaluations and ensure timely completion and compliance.
• Ensure therapists complete evaluations, treatment and crisis plans, notes, and discharge summaries.
• Report on utilization, quality assurance, and outcome data.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to ensure evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct chart reviews and develop corrective action plans with supervisor guidance.
• Ensure timely credentialing and contracting information submission.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, evaluate, discipline or terminate staff; provide supervision.
• Collaborate to supervise provisionally licensed social workers or counselors.
• Write, maintain, and update policies and program manuals.
• Maintain relationships with funding and referral sources and interface with school personnel.
• Uphold ethical practices and integrity per corporate compliance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
