Bethany for Children & Families is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team as a School-Based Therapy Manager. This role supervises licensed therapists in the School-Based Therapy program and oversees day-to-day operations in collaboration with the Clinical Director.

The position reports to the Director of School-Based Services and ensures compliance with policies while driving high-quality mental health services for children and families in our community.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 2 years in mental health or social services.
• Experience with EMR systems and strong computer skills.
• Remote or community-based experience preferred; multi-location teams.
• Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and CMHC accreditation standards preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure therapists process referrals promptly.
• Monitor productivity, referrals, service needs, and utilization by school.
• Maintain informed consent and releases of information timely.
• Oversee BHIS evaluations and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure documentation (evaluations, treatment plans, crisis plans, notes, discharge summaries) is current.
• Monitor utilization, quality assurance, and outcome data.
