Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking master’s-level school-based clinicians to work in our school programs. You will engage with students, families, and school staff across Delano and St. Paul area schools, coordinating care and referrals.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a mental health field, knowledge of family systems and diagnostic assessment, and experience with child-focused therapy. Licensure supervision and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health.
• Knowledge of diagnostic assessment process, treatment planning and use of varied therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to coordinate services with school staff and families.
• Proficient with EHR and Microsoft tools for documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical charting in the EHR daily.
• Update and maintain client files per guidelines.
• Secure client information per HIPAA standards.
• Prepare accurate case notes for each billable unit.
• Prepare state-mandated reports per LifeStance guidelines.
• Manage caseload to meet weekly billable requirements.
• Participate in internal/external meetings as required.
