Job summary

OhioGuidestone seeks a School-Based Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and support within school settings, partnering with school staff to ensure wraparound student support.

The role includes telehealth, outpatient offices, and community settings, with supervision by Clinical Supervisor/Manager and a diverse caseload of adults, adolescents, and families.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain relevant, timely documentation.
• Access to work locations including offices and homes as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy to assigned caseload.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Complete treatment plans after first encounter and review progress.
• Respond to mental health emergencies in a culturally responsive manner.
• Coordinate referrals and community resources as needed.
• Attend supervision and maintain required licenses.
