Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited program.
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant program with 2 years’ experience in social work or counseling.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioral science or nursing.
• Licensure required: LSW, LCDC III, LPC, MFT, or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling for adults, adolescents, and families.
• Deliver services via telehealth, outpatient offices, and community settings.
• Develop and monitor Treatment Plans after first encounter and review progress in each note.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients, families, and caregivers.
