Job summary

Aurora Mental Health & Recovery seeks a School-Based Therapist to be embedded in K-12 settings, delivering individual, family, and group therapy within contracted schools in Colorado. The role follows the academic calendar and is paid over 12 months.

You'll join a multidisciplinary team, provide trauma-informed care, coordinate with schools and families, and contribute to treatment planning, outcomes measurement, and client well-being during the school year.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited program.
• Candidate Permit/licensure plan required within 30 days of hire and supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy in school settings.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Develop, monitor, and update treatment plans and required outcome measures.
