Job summary

Aspenhill Care Co. is hiring a licensed therapist to deliver school-based behavioral health services directly to students — including individual therapy, diagnostic support, and school-day consultation in partner schools.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and other clinicians to identify concerns early, coordinate care, and support students across home, school, and community settings. Part-time initially, with potential to grow to full-time, and competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio LISW or LPCC license.
• Experience delivering therapy to children/adolescents.
• Ability to work independently in a school setting.
• Strong written documentation and charting skills.
• Must pass BCI/FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to students on-site at partner schools.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and clinical assessments.
• Deliver therapy groups and psychoeducation for students and parents.
• Consult with teachers and administrators on behavioral health concerns.
• Coordinate care with outside providers to ensure continuity.
• Refer students to higher-level care when indicated.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation.
