Aurora Health Care is seeking a licensed mental health professional to deliver individual, family, couple, and group therapy with crisis intervention availability as needed. The role emphasizes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and coordinated discharge planning within Aurora Behavioral Health Services.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology and licensure as a Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker in WI or

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology (Clinical, Educational, Counseling)
• Licensed as Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker in WI or IL
• Typically requires 1 year of therapy experience in behavioral health
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to function in a complex mental health delivery system

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, couple, family and/or group therapy with crisis intervention as needed
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans aligned with hospital policies
• Perform case management and utilization review for assigned caseload
• Make referrals and coordinate discharge planning with Aurora Behavioral Health Services
• Document all care and participate in supervision, peer review, and quality improvement activities
