  • Maintain proficiency in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Participate actively as a positive and engaged member of the outpatient team.
  • Advocate for quality improvement and enhanced clinical outcomes.
  • Meet productivity standards and comply with agency policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
  • Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT
  • Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health services
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
Work Environment:

Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
