Job summary

Health Connect America in Georgia is hiring a Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in homes, schools, and communities. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and group therapy.

You must have a Master's in social work or related field, be eligible for Georgia licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), and possess strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related behavioral health field required
• Two years of experience working with children and/or families, including internships
• Eligible for Georgia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and evidence-based practices
• Experience providing family-focused, community-based, or child and adolescent behavioral health services preferred
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle insurance required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment recommendations
• Create measurable treatment plans tailored to each individual’s strengths and challenges
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions
• Maintain engagement with clients and families, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, schools, healthcare providers, and community resources for coordinated care
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, referrals, and documentation in accordance with standards
