Job summary

Intercept Health is seeking a Therapeutic Aide to support students in a local school district. You will implement trauma-informed behavior strategies to increase coping and pro-social skills while observing and collecting data for program goals.

You will collaborate with school staff, participate in meetings, and coach parents or caregivers on behavior management to promote generalization of skills in daily life.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; experience with children preferred.
• Bachelor's in Behavioral science preferred; autism/ABA experience a plus.
• Professional experience in working with children and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 or in small groups with clients in a school setting.
• Implement behavior principles to increase coping and pro-social skills.
• Observe client skills and collect data to inform goals and progress.
• Collaborate with school personnel; attend meetings; coach caregivers in behavior strategies.
