Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health, Ohio LLC is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Therapist to work in local high schools with the youth SUD programs. The role focuses on assessments, treatment planning, and delivering individual and group therapy to youth.

You will collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and participate in ongoing training. LICDC or higher is required, and licensure in Ohio is mandatory for clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Must possess an LICDC or higher.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify substance use issues and co-occurring conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on recovery.
• Provide psychoeducation on SUDs, treatment modalities, and relapse prevention.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with case managers and providers to coordinate care.
• Maintain documentation per HIPAA and agency policies.
