Job summary

Steadfast Health in Cleveland, OH seeks a licensed clinician (LPCC or equivalent) to provide individual and group therapy for substance use disorders, in person and via telehealth. Join a patient-centered team and help deliver evidence-based care.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply CBT, MI, and DBT while collaborating with physicians, MAs, and peers. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with protected time and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse patients.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for patients with SUD, in-person and via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement integrated care plans.
• Assist in crisis interventions and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with guidelines.
