Communities In Schools of Eastern PA is seeking a Site Coordinator to implement the CIS evidence-based model of integrated student supports in a school setting. You will collaborate with school leaders to assess needs, plan supports, monitor effectiveness, and report outcomes using CIS data systems.

Responsibilities include building a needs/assets inventory, organizing a School Support Team, coordinating with volunteers and partners, case-managing at-risk students, engaging families, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience (minimum).
• Experience in case management, youth counseling, oral and written communications, advocacy and negotiating, networking and team building, information gathering and data collection.

Mansioni

• Create an inventory of needs and assets within a school community by collecting objective data and surveying students, families and school staff.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to plan school-wide, group-level and individual student supports that address prioritized needs.
• Establish a School Support Team comprised of various school staff to support the coordinator and delivery of planned programs and services.
• Partner with volunteers, nonprofits, government agencies within the community to bring resources into the school.
• Case manage students identified as at-risk of dropout based on attendance, behavior, and performance.
