Boothby Therapy Services is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based roles across Maine for the 2026‑2027 year. earn $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay and eligibility for a sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.

Positions include preschool through high school caseloads with unmatched support and mentorship. We provide dedicated Clinical Fellows support, collaborative teams with OTs, PTs, and educators, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC‑SLP or eligibility as CF‑SLP/CFY.
• Active Maine SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or special education experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to preschool, elementary, middle, and high school students.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and maintain compliant documentation.
