Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a short-term, full-time contract in a school-based setting. The role involves delivering direct therapy to PreK–12 students, assessing needs, and coordinating with teachers and support staff to implement individualized plans.

You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure educational success and student progress, with enrollment in Tennessee licensure requirements and CCC eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee SLP License is required.
• Certification as SLP-CCC or eligibility for SLP-CFY is required.
• Experience working in school settings with PreK-12th grade students preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a PreK-12 caseload.
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to determine intervention needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per school/state standards.
• Consult with educators and families to integrate goals into classroom activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions for continual improvement.

Job description

Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students communication and educational success across all grade levels. This contract opportunity runs from January 5th, 2027 through February 26th, 2027, offering full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8AM3PM. Youll collaborate closely with teachers and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans for students from PreK through 12th grade, making a meaningful difference in their daily learning experience.

Qualifications:
