Soliant seeks a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across the full academic year in an onsite setting.

You will deliver evaluation, treatment, and IEP collaboration with a focus on direct SLP work, monitoring progress and maintaining compliance—no SLPAs involved, enabling focused clinical service.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Valid ASHA certification (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or able to obtain).
  • Prior experience in school-based settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently—no SLPAs assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy and intervention for a diverse student caseload.
  • Conduct assessments, write reports, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation meeting school and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-wide support initiatives.
  • Adapt therapy tools and sessions to meet student needs and maximize success.
