Qualifications

• Master's degree in SLP and active state license.
• Experience with school-based therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' abilities and needs focusing on academic performance and health.
• Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans for students to meet educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement interventions.
• Provide training to school staff and families on therapy needs at school and home.
• Maintain confidential records of diagnoses, treatments, and progress.
• Stay current with research and best practices in occupational therapy in schools.
• Advocate for inclusion and participation of students with disabilities in activities.
