Job summary

New Story Schools in the United States is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to empower students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals, and collaborate with educators, families, and therapists to deliver targeted therapy.

Requirements include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, active ASHA CCC-SLP, school-based experience, and strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).
• Experience in school or clinical settings with students with special needs.
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation.
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to deliver targeted speech-language therapy.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain documentation of student growth.
• Create and evaluate IEP goals and provide data-driven updates for ongoing support.
• Use behavior management and engagement strategies to create a positive learning environment.
