Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, school-based role in Kaunakakai, HI for the 2026-2027 school year. You will provide direct therapy, evaluate needs, and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans to support students' communication and learning.

Hawaii licensure is required or eligible, with opportunities for CEU/licensing reimbursement, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to student success.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances.
• Experience working in an educational setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support progress.
• Maintain therapy notes and progress reports; supervise SLPAs as applicable.
