Point Quest Group is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 2026-2027 school-year position in Hilo, Hawaii. The role is full-time and school-based, requiring evaluation, plan development, and direct therapy to support student communication and learning outcomes.

You will collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and ensure documentation compliance, with opportunities for CEU/license reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable.
