Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a 2026–2027 school year in Kaunakakai, HI. This full-time, school-based role requires Hawaii SLP licensure and a passion for supporting student communication and learning.

You will evaluate, treat, and document services, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and families, and supervise SLPA staff as applicable. The position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Hawaii SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Must pass all required criminal background clearances.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable.
