Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct and consultative services in a vibrant school setting. This contract role supports students in reaching their communication potential and collaborates with a supportive educational community to implement IEP goals and evidence-based interventions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid SLP license, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals.
• Assess and document students’ progress, maintaining compliant records and reports.
• Partner with educators, families, and other specialists to develop and implement intervention strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing professional insights and recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic skills.
• Deliver both individual and group therapies tailored to diverse student needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to support integration of goals into the curriculum.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs are also encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working in a school environment highly desirable
• Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.22 to $55.22.
