Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP or CFY in progress.
• Experience in educational settings or with school-aged children preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives.
• Provide direct therapy services, individually or in small groups.
• Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in IEP meetings; share professional recommendations with the team.
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success.
• Stay current with best practices and professional development in the field.
