Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based leave coverage assignment in Ohio. The contract runs September through November with a consistent 37.5-hour workweek.

The role involves delivering direct therapy to K-12 students, conducting evaluations, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families under IEP guidelines; documentation and IEP participation are required.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC.
• Experience in school settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment abilities for speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech, language, and communication therapy to K-12 students (group and individual).
• Conduct evaluations, develop intervention plans, and monitor progress per IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.
• Provide consultative services and resources to colleagues and caregivers as needed.
