Job summary

Soliant is seeking aSpeech-Language Pathologist for an on-site, full-time contract near Cincinnati, OH. You will provide direct therapy to PreK-12 students, align with IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student communication and language development.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, progress reporting, and maintaining precise documentation. The role requires CC and state licensure; opportunity to impact student outcomes in a dynamic school

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) is required.
• Valid Ohio state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to PreK-12 students per IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and regularly update progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all services.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input to planning.
• Adapt therapy approaches for individual and group settings.
