Job summary

Soliant Health in Reading, PA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based contract position to support students in the Reading area. You’ll join a collaborative educational team focused on helping children reach communication goals in an engaging learning environment.

The role involves direct therapy, assessments, and implementing IEPs, with opportunities to work with families and staff and contribute to students’ progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure and CCC-SLP (or eligible).
• Experience in school-based settings preferred; strong clinical skills accepted.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Conduct assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
• Develop, update, and track progress on IEP goals.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other team members.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed.
• Deliver therapy services that promote social, academic, and personal growth.
