Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support PreK-2 students on an FMLA coverage assignment this fall. The contract runs from October 1 through December 23, offering the chance to contribute in a supportive school setting.

You will conduct formal assessments, provide direct and group therapy, manage a caseload, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and the IEP team to promote student growth and inclusive learning for young learners.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
• CCC or CFY eligibility preferred.
• Experience in a school setting with young children is valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal PreK-2 speech and language assessments.
• Provide direct and group therapy services.
• Manage student caseloads and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to implement plans.
• Participate in case management and multidisciplinary meetings.
