Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based assignments near Phoenix, AZ. This contract role offers flexibility with two openings: maternity leave coverage and a full school year placement.

You will evaluate students, develop IEPs, and provide evidence-based therapy in a collaborative educational setting while working with families and staff to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for Arizona SLP licensure.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered.
• Previous experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver evidence-based therapy to support student communication and academic success.
• Work closely with a dynamic team of educators, families, and support staff to facilitate optimal outcomes for diverse learners.
• Maintain detailed records, collect data, and document student progress per school requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to shape student-centered planning.
• Adapt therapy techniques to different learning styles and individual needs.
