Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contracted Speech Language Pathologist to support students in an elementary and middle school setting in Washington. This itinerant role manages ~30 students with direct, onsite services across the full school year (August to June) and offers professional growth in a collaborative district environment.

The ideal candidate holds a WA SLP license (or eligible for SLP-CCC/CFY), has strong communication skills, and can travel between sites.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license for Washington State
• Eligibility for or possession of SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
• Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to navigate an itinerant caseload
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with educators and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech/language assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in coordination with school teams
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Maintain thorough records and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Travel between an elementary and middle school as assigned

This is a full-time, onsite position spanning 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering the opportunity to support a diverse population in a school community.
