Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Wauconda, Illinois. You will support students’ communication skills, perform evaluations, and provide direct therapy in a full-time onsite setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, an active IL SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred. Prior school-based experience is a plus with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Illinois SLP license.
• PEL or eligibility to obtain one.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply).
• Previous school-based experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide direct therapy services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication supports.
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs.

• Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs
