Job summary

You will assess students, provide therapy, and collaborate with ARD and classroom staff to support student outcomes in the educational program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Valid license as a speech-language pathologist by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) or TEA certification.
• Experience with evaluation, habilitation, and rehabilitation of communication disorders and IEP/ARD processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent evaluations and provide individual and group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
• Develop clinical management strategies and diagnostic statements.
• Participate in ARD meetings and interpret assessment data for placement and goal setting.
• Collaborate with teachers to plan classroom activities and improve student communication.
• Supervise licensed SLP assistants when applicable.
