Job summary

Path2Staff Solutions, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in the Houston area for the upcoming school year. The position is in-person with options for full-time or part-time schedules.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP preferred or CF-SLP eligibility, and at least 2 years of pediatric or school-based experience. Collaboration with teachers and families is essential to student success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is required.
• CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric or school-based experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and campus teams to support student success.
• Attend ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress.
• Stay current with best practices in speech language pathology.
