Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants for school-based positions in Aurora, CO. In this role, you’ll support middle school students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Colorado CDE authorization/certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements
