Ampersand Therapy in Aurora, CO is hiring Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to support K-12 students under the supervision of a licensed SLP. The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with a collaborative school environment.

You’ll work on articulation, language, and social communication goals, maintain progress notes, and collaborate with teachers and families. Eligibility includes Colorado SLPA license and CDE authorization; associate or bachelor's degree in SLPA or related field.

Qualifications

• Colorado SLPA license is required (or eligibility).
• Colorado CDE authorization is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams.
• Assist with preparing therapy materials and supporting student engagement.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain compliance with school documentation requirements.
