Job summary

You will work under the supervision of an SLP to deliver targeted speech-language therapy and assist with intervention plans to support student communication goals. The role requires current Texas SLPA licensure, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators and families while maintaining compliant student

Qualifications

• Current Texas SLPA license as required by TDLR.
• Bachelor’s degree emphasizing Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Strong ability to work with supervision in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy sessions individually or in groups according to the supervising SLP's plans.
• Collect, document, and organize data and progress notes from therapy sessions.
• Participate in screenings under SLP guidance.
• Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom-based interventions.
• Maintain confidential student records per district policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student success.
• Support IEP implementation activities as directed.
• Adhere to professional standards and district policies.
