Job summary

Diagnostic Assessment Services, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to support students with speech, language, or voice disorders in Arlington, TX.

This part-time role involves delivering SLPA services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist, including planning, therapy, data collection, and collaboration with teachers and staff. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Texas license as an SLPA, knowledge of applicable laws

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas license as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
• Working knowledge of federal laws, state guidelines and DAS policies.
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures and accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing caseload under supervising SLP.
• Provide planned therapy based on IEP goals.
• Prepare clinical materials and monitor classroom activities.
• Document student performance and report to supervising SLP.
• Maintain records and data per district requirements.
• Attend meetings and follow DAS policies.
