Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to support students in a dynamic Arizona school setting. This onsite contract role partners with licensed SLPs who mentor your professional development and collaborate on student-centered goals.

You'll provide direct and indirect services aligned with IEP goals, travel between school sites as needed, maintain documentation, and contribute to a supportive, multi-disciplinary team focused on improving communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field, or an AAS from an SLPA program.
• Active, state-recognized SLPA license/certification.
• Strong skills in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially during challenging or crisis moments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Collaborate daily with supervising SLPs and school staff for coordinated care.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to promote students’ communication skills.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with district/state requirements.
• Serve as a positive resource for students, staff, and families navigating communication challenges.
