Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CDE Special Services Provider License with an SLP endorsement or eligibility.
• Completion of supervised clinical practicum as required by state licensure standards.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and school district screening requirements.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and SLP goals.
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to eligible students.
• Maintain documentation, progress reports, service logs, and Medicaid billing records.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, therapists, and families.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings and parent conferences.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and AAC systems when appropriate.
• Support inclusive educational practices and provide consultation to staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to support outcomes.
